Assistant Square Supervisor, Archaeological Excavation

Tell Keisan, Israel

Excavated and documented Hellenistic and Persian era site through a variety of archaeological methods. One of five assistant square supervisors whose duty it was to help with instructing the other volunteers, entering information in the database, and understanding the narrative of the site. Recipient of $5000 Jeff Metcalf scholarship through the University of Chicago.

Assisted with a number of excavations around the city, including 18th centruy Pierce-Hichborn House site, 18th century site at Old North Church, 18th century Clough House site, and 19th century Industrial School for Girls site. Catalogued, preserved artifacts housed in the lab.
